We truly appreciate your order! We hope your new piece feels like a perfect fit. But if something isn’t quite right, no problem — you’re welcome to return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, store credit, or to swap for a different size.


📦 Return Conditions

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days after receiving your order.

  • Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Customers cover the shipping costs for returns.

  • We advise choosing a trackable shipping option for peace of mind.

💌 How to Start a Return

  1. Send us an email at support@getshapesfashion.com to request your return.

  2. Once approved, pack your item carefully in its original packaging.

  3. Include the return form we send you.

  4. Ship the package to one of the addresses below:

📸 Photo Proof Required

Before you send your return, please take a clear photo of all items inside the package at your shipping point. Email the image(s) to support@getshapesfashion.com

This step helps us verify everything is included and ensures a quick and smooth refund.

Returns without photo documentation may cause delays or partial refunds if any items are missing.


💳 Refund Processing

Once we receive and check your returned item(s), we’ll process your refund or exchange within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • It may take 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to reflect, depending on your provider.

  • We’ll email you when your return has been processed.

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 15 business days from confirmation, please reach out to us at support@getshapesfashion.com


🧵 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We strive to deliver your order in perfect condition. But if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.


Please follow these steps for damaged or incorrect items:

  1. Inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

  2. Photograph or film any damage, including the packaging.

  3. Email the documentation to support@getshapesfashion.com within 14 days.

  4. If the damage happened during shipping or due to an error on our side, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
    Damage from improper handling or use unfortunately can’t be refunded.

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Please make sure your item meets these requirements:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.

  • It should be returned in its original packaging.

  • It must be free of wear, damage, or alteration, unless the issue was from our side.

Special one-time courtesy: In rare cases, we may send you a replacement without asking you to return the original. If you’re not happy with the replacement, you’ll need to send both the original and the replacement back to be eligible for a refund. This is a one-time exception.


🔁 Exchanges

If your order didn’t quite work out, you’re welcome to exchange it.

  • Exchanges must also be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • If your preferred size isn’t available, we’ll issue a full refund or store credit.

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
