I like to look at pictures & reviews to see if a product would work for me. Based off reviews I went with the Medium-Large for my size14….197lb Rollie pollie frame. I have lost almost 65lbs & this thing is a DREAM!!!!! This is the best damn shaper I have EVER owned in my life & I’ve bought a crap ton! This thing looked like there’d be no way in hell I’d get it on but I did & it felt great & not restricting like I couldn’t breath! The crotch has hooks for the bathroom & easy to close back up! It’s also wide since my V is not finger width wide I need more fabric then a tiny strip size & this is it! Do NOT try pulling this off over your head you will get stuck…don’t ask me how I know! Just go buy this! Hope the pics don’t scare y’all off! LoL but that’s what I’m working with!!!

I am 6’5”, 280 pounds. I ordered an XXLT which is my normal size and it fits great. It’s not too tight and not too short. However, this thing is not breathable. I have tried to wear it to work and, even on colder days, I’m sweating really bad. Other than that, I’m happy with the product.

I saw someone else’s picture in the reviews that convinced me to get it and I’m GLAD I did. I’m 200ibs I got a XL I love the way it fits and compress!

No matter how skinny I've ever been, I've always had love handles and muffin tops. I went out confidently for the first time and felt good in the stomach area. My whole life has been, "How do I hide the shape of my body?" I know I didn't post "before" pictures, but this shirt gave me clean, straight lines.

I like it definitely helps not as nice to get on and off but I guess that’s the point photos of before and after so you can make a choice for you I’m 172 and 92kg

First, please note to trust the process. Yes, step into it and yes, it will fit! So, I got this for my hubby who wears 3X. He has a long torso and any weight gained over the years has gone directly to his stomach, but he’s been losing weight steadily over the past several months. All that said, he didn’t believe this would fit. We both laughed at the instructions saying to step into the shirt and I talked him into letting me see if I could help him put this on over the head, even though he was in complete disbelief. But, we got it on and this shirt does what it says! He loves it & in addition to now understanding why it says to step into it, we will be buying more!!

Dieser Shaping Body ist wirklich überzeugend! Das Tragegefühl ist sehr gut, er schmiegt sich angenehm an, ohne einzuengen. Besonders positiv ist der festere Stoff am Bauch, der eine tolle formgebende Wirkung hat, ohne unbequem zu sein. Die Größe fällt gut aus, ich habe meine aktuelle Kleidergröße gewählt und bin damit perfekt gefahren. At first it was hard to put it on but we did it wrong, it goes from bottom to top and then once you put it on it does its job (compression shirt) it looks like it's made of good fabric... I would say it's the right size, that's size L
